This website is operated by Bluumii ("we," "us" or "our"), a wholesale supplier of fresh, retail-ready bouquets to independent retailers. This policy applies to bluumii.com, our sample application and any text messages, emails or calls we send or receive.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you apply for a sample, contact us or set up an account, we may collect:

Your name, job title or role, and the name of your business
Business email address and phone number
Business delivery address, business type and number of locations
Details about your store, such as whether you currently sell fresh flowers
Account details for approved customers, such as tax and resale information and accounts payable contacts
Anything else you choose to include in a message to us

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

How we use information

To review sample applications and decide whether a store is a fit
To contact you about your application, samples, deliveries and your account
To provide customer service and respond to your questions
To send you product updates and offers if you have agreed to receive them
To run, secure and improve our website, and to measure our advertising
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send messages about your sample application, account, deliveries and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers who help us deliver our messages, such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers, and only for that purpose.

Cookies, pixels and analytics

We may use cookies and similar tools, including analytics services such as Google Analytics and advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our ads. These providers may collect information about your visits to our site and other sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without cookies.

Do Not Track. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

The SMS commitments above apply in every case: mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared for others' marketing.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to maintain business records and meet legal requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Text: reply STOP to any message.
Access, correction and deletion: email [email protected] to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep some information where the law requires it.

Depending on the circumstances, California law may give you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
